On 21″ March a farm of land was acquired from the Irish Land Commission in the names of the Diocesan Trustees. It consists of 26 acres (statute measure). Rent Rates.
It was formerly part of the Singleton Estate, 1200 acres of which was taken over by the Irish Land Commission and divided into small holdings chiefly amongst the local people.
