• Cortown House
Rev. Fr. Christopher Magrane, Parish Priest of Drumconrath 1861-1878, on his arrival in the parish
lived for some time with one of his parishioners. He then leased Cortown House from Mr. Henry Corbett Singleton and lived there until the end of 1862.
